Close placement of mindfulness

A set of four meditation practices to develop vipashyana (an exceptionally perceptive state of mind) focusing on the body, feelings, the mind and all phenomena to correct the four discordant ways of paying attention to the five aggregates. The first four of the 37 factors leading to a purified state (Skt. bodhi).
