Bringing Buddhism Down to Earth

Many of the topics central to Buddhism are difficult to relate to at first. When couched in spiritual jargon, like “set your motivation,” we have no idea how to relate to them or what to do. Here, we identify some of the more commonly found bewildering points in the Buddhist teachings. Once we clear away our confusion about them, we learn practical, down-to-earth methods of approach so as to make them accessible in our everyday lives.
