A tradition of mahamudra meditation transmitted in the Shangpa Kagyu school deriving from Kedrub Kyungpo Naljor. It teaches (1) as the preliminary basis, mind's automatically coming to its own level in its three aspects, (2) as the actual method, mind's automatically releasing into itself the three faults, and (3) as the result, mind's automatically giving rise to the Three Bodies of a Buddha.
