Possessing five tradition

A meditation tradition transmitted in the Drigung Kagyu tradition and started by Drigung Jigten Gonpo ('Bri-gung sKyob-pa 'Jig-rten dgon-po rin-chen dpal). The five features are: (1) developing a bodhichitta aim, (2) visualizing one's body in the aspect of a Buddha-figure, (3) developing fervent regard and respect for one's spiritual teacher, (4) clearing away all conceptual thought, and (5) dedicating the positive force.
