The six primary disturbing emotions and attitudes that act as the root for the twenty auxiliary disturbing emotions: (1) longing desire, (2) anger, (3) arrogance, (4) unawareness (ignorance), (5) indecisive wavering, and (6) the five deluded outlooks.
