Motivating karmic impulse

The mental factor that draws the mental continuum into either (a) engaging in the mental action of thinking about committing a physical or verbal action or (b) engaging in a physical, verbal or mental action (one that does not subsequently incite a physical or verbal action). As part of the motivating drive, it is always accompanied by a motivating emotion and a motivating aim.
