In the Nyingma tradition, one of the three lines of transmission of the inner three classes of tantra (mahayoga tantra, anuyoga tantra and atiyoga tantra), received by a master in a pure vision of an emanation of a Buddha, when he or she gains realization through seeing a gesture made by the emanation.
