Our lives are so complex. We lead so many lives: a family life, social life, work life, school life, sports life, spiritual life, and more. We have so many relationships – with our partner, friends, parents, children, the people we work with, and even with society at large. When we have problems with any of them and just complain, we feel terrible. Our lives seem so fragmented and out of joint. But by identifying and focusing on the good points of each, we can learn to bring them all into harmony so that our lives work as a whole and we feel more fulfilled.
