Exercises for Integrating the Aspects of Our Life

We can experience our lives as being very fragmented, feeling we can’t really integrate our professional life with our family life or hobbies, and that can lead to a lot of difficulties. We need to balance our being insensitive to certain aspects of our life and experience, and oversensitive about others. We can turn to a Buddhist theoretical framework to find a method that can help with this. The following methods and exercises are a further step in the balanced sensitivity process.
