Enlightening influence

Redirected from Buddha Activity

The unceasing, unending, effortless activity of a Buddha, which helps to bring all limited beings to higher rebirth, liberation, and enlightenment. Such activity does not require a Buddha actually doing anything: a Buddha's attainment itself exerts a positive influence on others to pacify disturbance (zhi-ba), stimulate the growth of good qualities (rgyas-pa), bring disorder under control (dbang), and forcefully end any harm (drag-po).
