In Kagyu mahamudra meditation to attain a state of shamatha on the nature of the mind, when the mind is no longer moving with coarse or subtle conceptual thoughts and thus no longer experiencing gross flightiness of mind, the process whereby, with further meditation, the undercurrents of subtle flightiness of mind subside without conscious effort.
